11. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Missing:
Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your tracking number.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
Take a photo/video of your porch and contact us immediately.
For Insured Shipments:

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
For Standard Shipments:
LoveSomeJoy cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier if the package is not found. However, we will always investigate and do our best to help by filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

12. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title to products and risk of loss transfer to you upon the carrier's receipt of your package. This means once the carrier picks up your order, you assume responsibility for the shipment (unless you purchased Insured Shipping).
13. CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDERS
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at Support@LoveSomeJoy.com. Once an order enters the processing/shipping phase, changes may not be possible.
14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
